Blocked from leaving feedback...why?

An odd thing just happened and I'm confused.

I have been a validated client member on here for a long time with no issues, however I attempted to leave a review today but got a pop up message blocking my review .

did you get a reply ?

seems odd ?

did you ever get it sorted out ?

I'm getting the same thing, can admin explain why please.
