Can't make a reverse booking?

I've tried a few times now, but after the initial part where I give the location and description, I get redirected to another page to Top up my account. So I topped up with £10, thinking it would then let me proceed with the booking. The transaction went through without issue.
However, I didn't get any further with regard to the actual reverse booking and I keep getting sent to the top up page again and again without being able to make the booking- Is this just happening to me? or does anyone else have the same problem? Do I need to add more funds to my account? I do have a premium account btw
