New Client Proposal

Happy Sunday Gentlemen, I am an experienced SW, recently gone solo after working for an agency with disgusting working conditions not upto any standard. Me and a close client then had agreed on a business arrangement were he rented out his spare room to me in exchange for my services ( he liked to have me dress up as a maid and dust) then spent some time in the bedroom.
