It's absolutely safe if your sensible. Sex is an escorts business and as such almost all are regularly checked for sti's. If you have any concerns avoid those that offer bareback as a service.

STIs are a risk that comes with any sexual activity, paid or not. Some service providers will be able to give you their latest test results, so don’t be afraid to ask (politely). I test regularly and recommend that my clients do the same.
