Hi is there anything I can do about being ripped off? A girl on eurobelle site and vivastreet from birkenhead took 180 deposit off me and then never shown. Next day she said her dad died and would refund me and now threatening me saying she's not paying and sending pimp round. I did bank transfer

All you can really do is learn from the experience. Deposits can and often do lead to getting scammed. However not all escorts that require deposits are out to scam clients but viva street is particularly bad for deposit scams.

Or you get a deposit without asking for anything and next day bank accounts frozen for fraud...can never win !

Sorry you have had a bad experience and got scammed. Deposit is meant to be a guarantor for both service users. Imagine having to drive miles away for outcalls and then the person wouldn't answer nor reply, it sucks too. In my opinion, deposit should be there, but only a certain percentage (25%) of the expected full amount. If the client got to pay £100 for the required services, then at least deposit £25, no? Is that too bad of a loss?
