Hey, some clients have said they've left feedback for me but nothings coming up on my account. I have had 3 so far and they came up in the feedback section for me to accept but nothing more is coming through - anyone else had this problem or am I not looking correctly? Thanks ☺️

Hello Elle,
I had a similar situation when my client tried to leave me a feedback. It seems they also needed to prove they are not "robot" by replying to a further email (from their own email inbox) and ticking some photos boxes (i.e. tick the traffic lights etc) and the feedback came through.
