I am part of an agency looking for looking for reliable escorts to join our agency. Either set days or once-off incalls. 

Please, any advice on where I can advertise such work and how to find people who are seeking?

Does your agency have a website?
The women would then find you by Google search I would imagine...
You could advertise also on Vivastreet and Red-life etc...
