I like the idea of an intro video for free. I understand why girls may wish to charge for them but I don't see the harm if they're not revealing anything at all. Then charge for more revealing videos maybe

Would also help separate the legit accounts from the scammers (except those who are hiding their faces for discretion but then there could be an audio only option maybe as well for them)?
